How to Report a Problem or Bug?

If you find any problem or bug in the system, please report it here.

A “bug” can be:

  • An error message appearing on the screen
  • A button or action that does nothing
  • A record that is saved with wrong or unexpected data
  • A report or total that looks incorrect
  • A page that is not opening, or very slow

When reporting a problem, please include:

  • Which menu or page you were using
  • What you were trying to do (example: create quotation, confirm order, register payment, etc.)
  • What exactly happened (error text, wrong result, or system freeze)
  • Date and time when it happened
  • If possible, a screenshot of the error or screen
  • The more clear your information is, the faster we can understand and fix the problem.
